RMA Report: Momma Said

My momma is wise. Here are some things she’s always said to me (and now I say to my kids) that are ringing in my ears as the RMA report drama unfolds:
“Just because you CAN do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD.”
“If everybody else jumped off a cliff, would you do it, too?”
“Integrity means doing the right thing, even when no one else is looking.”
“‘We may think we are doing the right thing, but the LORD always knows what is in our hearts.‘ (Proverbs 21:2)”
Thank God for wise mommas. We should listen to them more often.
