Officers Down, Again

It’s happened again (in Charlotte), so soon after the last time (in Winston.) It’s horrific. Unthinkable. And real.

With the hot mess our own police department has had to deal with lately, the public can get distracted from the reality of the daily risk that officers face as they “protect and serve” us. And the high price that some of them pay in doing so.

God bless our law enforcement officers. All of them. Everywhere. Please join me in praying for the families of Officers Clark and Shelton.

And for those of you who love to run your mouths about GPD, why don’t you try saying “thank you” sometime, instead. It would be a nice change, and much appreciated, I’m sure. (You know who you are.)
