Daydreaming about a day center…

Today, Travis and I were daydreaming over IM about a day center for our homeless friends:
me: i’m hoping that if we get a day center, i can work there. not running it, but just cooking or cleaning or something. just being there
travis: You can only work at the day center if you get me a job as well. I would love to cook at the day center - that would be so freaking cool.
me: i would love to cook and clean and help people do their laundry and answer the phone and hug people all day
travis: I would love to just cook and talk to people - we could make birthday cakes for everyone.
me: OH MY GOSH — i would so love that
Please, God, make it real.

If I may add my two cents to the conversation..
Me: Maybe we can get a daycare and maybe we could apprentice our friends to cook, clean, answer phones…
