Homeless in the path of the greenway: Manuel

Manuel

This is Manuel. He is homeless and lives outside in a wooded camp in downtown Greensboro in the path of the proposed greenway.

Manuel is quiet and humble.  Not one to ask for things, but a gracious and grateful receiver when kindnesses are offered to him.  He gave us a shy smile as he pulled back the curtain to show us where he sleeps and keeps his things.  This is his home.
