UPDATED: Current Needs List, as of May 15, 2012:

  • 2-man tents (new or used, good condition with all poles and parts)
  • sleeping bags; new or used, good condition (no holes, zippers work, etc.)
  • tarps (new, please; anything from 8×10 up)
  • toilet paper
  • mens’ white athletic socks (new only, please)
  • hand sanitizer in bottles or wipes
  • personal cleansing wipes or baby wipes
  • insect repellant
  • Giant Print Bibles

Please drop off donations in the StreetWatch collection box in the lobby at Greensboro Police Department Watch Operations, 2602 S. Elm-Eugene Street [map]. If you’re donating a large quantity of items, please contact us by email at outreach@streetwatchgreensboro.com or contact us via Facebook and we’ll arrange to get those items directly from you.

Financial Contributions
StreetWatch receives financial contributions via our fiscal sponsor, Greensboro Christian Church, which is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please make checks payable to “Greensboro Christian Church” (we cannot cash checks made out to StreetWatch) and write “StreetWatch” in the memo line of your check, so that your financial donation goes into the StreetWatch account. Thank you!
